What You'll Learn

Module 1 – Moulding

Learn to build professional moulds using proven materials and time-saving techniques. Create block-outs for sinks, stoves, and fittings, and achieve perfect edges through precision sealing.

Module 2 – Mixing

Discover the exact mix design we use daily, from top coats to backer coats, using both forced-action and hand-held mixers.

Module 3 – Casting

Master spray-up GFRC: spraying face coats, applying reinforcement, and backing layers without pinholes or crumbly edges.

Module 4 – Demoulding

Learn when and how to safely remove your pieces to avoid warping, twisting, or cracking. Includes grinding, lifting, and block-out removal.

Module 5 – Sealing & Detailing

Prepare, grout, and seal your work using both penetrating and topical sealers. Finish with a professional inspection and final polish.
